Claro is not medical advice

Claro helps you record and see patterns in what you experience. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never change a prescribed treatment based on something Claro surfaced without talking to your clinician. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services.

Your account

You're responsible for the device and Apple ID that hold your account. Claro's recovery path uses Sign in with Apple; without it, a lost device can mean unrecoverable data — that's a privacy feature, not a bug.

Subscriptions

Claro's paid features are billed through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings at any time. Deleting your Claro account does not cancel the subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, and don't use it to store content unrelated to your own health record.

Warranty and liability

Claro is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claro's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months.

Changes

These terms may change as the product evolves; material changes will be surfaced in the app.
